We are seeking a versatile IT Executive to provide technical support and expertise across various aspects of our company's information technology.
The IT Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops, laptops, and other computer peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and system configurations.
Stay informed about the latest technology trends and updates.
Manage and support computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
Offer technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related problems.
Collaborate with vendors for hardware warranty support and replacements.
Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software.
Participate in IT project planning, implementation, and management as needed.

Qualifications

Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in hardware and software repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Proficiency in installing and configuring operating systems and software applications.
Knowledge of computer networking, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical support to end-users.
Availability for night shifts and weekends.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle a wide range of IT responsibilities.
