Environmental Geologist (Project Manager)

- Reporting to the Managing Director and project management team and provide support in all environment related activities within the assigned project sites.
- Design and implement remedial action plan for the remediation of hydrocarbon impacted sites (onshore and offshore). Prepare Remediation Action Plan (RAP) for management review and external project implementation
- Supervise and train interns / staff on environmental assessment strategy, oil spill response and remediation approaches.
- Effectively track ongoing projects performance using Microsoft Project/Primavera teams
- Researching new technologies, regulations, and other factors that may affect the company’s business model
- Coordinate Oil Spill Response, Clean-up, & Remediation projects of the company
- Develop processing & interpretation workflows for various environmental studies data
- Coordinate Shoreline Clean-Up Assessment Techniques (SCAT), and Biodiversity Study of hydrocarbon impacted shorelines
- Technical report writing
- Proficient in sampling of soil, groundwater, surface water, produced water, effluent, and gaseous emissions
- Carry out Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Post Clean-up Inspections
- Capable of offering training on environmental assessment strategy & soil remediation
- Possess basic minimum HSE certifications to allow for shoreline and offshore work.
- Provide support to waste management team and sub-contractors, supervisors and field staff to develop and execute plans
