Experience Level: 3-5 yearsJob Overview:We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Executive to drive strategic growth and build strong client partnerships for our hospital. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the healthcare landscape and possesses strong interpersonal, marketing, and analytical skills.The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with stakeholders across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate organizations, and supporting the commercial team in achieving the hospitals revenue and visibility targets.Key Responsibilities:Promote and market the hospitals medical services across clinics, hospitals, HMOs, and corporate bodies.Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, competitors, and business opportunities.Visit healthcare facilities, diagnostic centers, wellness events, and corporate clients to build awareness and generate leads.Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, health practitioners, and referral sources.Execute strategic marketing campaigns and field activations to increase service uptake.Develop partnerships with government agencies, health-focused NGOs, and corporate organizations.Educate clients and prospects about wellness packages, diagnostics, and specialty offerings.Document leads, track customer interactions, and report weekly/monthly outcomes.Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to ensure coordinated outreach.Represent the hospital at health fairs, conferences, and community health initiatives.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and recommend action plans.Requirements:Minimum Qualification: HND, BSc, BA, NCE, or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, marketing, or client-facing healthcare roles.NYSC: Completion and discharge certificate is required.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of private healthcare services, HMOs, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
