Pipeline & Process Engineer Job at JC International

• JC International, a leading Pipeline and Process Services (PPS) provider to the oil and gas industry, is seeking for skilled and experienced PPS Engineers with a strong background in Nitrogen works, Pigging, and Chemical Cleaning to join our team.

• To provide high-quality engineering support in the planning, execution, and supervision of PPS-related operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery that meets client and industry standards.

• Plan, prepare, and execute PPS operations including nitrogen purging, pigging, hydrotesting and chemical cleaning.
• Ensure efficient use and proper maintenance of diverse PPS equipment such as nitrogen converters, chemical injection pumps, flooding/lift pumps, and many more.
• Carryout nitrogen purging, leak testing, and pressure testing operations in line with industry standards.
• Supervise field operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and generate job completion reports.
• Liaise with clients, project teams, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Train and mentor junior staff to build internal competence and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure adherence to JC International’s QHSE standards across all operations.
• Interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and project specifications to design and implement suitable process solutions.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure minimal downtime during projects.

• BSc or HND in any Engineering discipline or Sciences.
• Minimum of 7 years of field experience in Pipeline and Process Services.
• Sound knowledge of oil & gas operational procedures and safety standards.
• Proficiency in the use of relevant tools and equipment and reporting software.
• Valid professional certifications and offshore/onshore training (e.g., BOSIET, OSP etc).
