  • The Inventory / Logistics Officers will be responsible for managing stock levels, coordinating supply chain operations, and ensuring efficient warehousing and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
  • This role requires strong attention to detail, compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDP/GMP), and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor, record, and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure all inventory and logistics processes comply with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Generate inventory reports and support forecasting and procurement planning.
  • Ensure safe storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products in accordance with GDP/GMP standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree,HND or OND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or logistics, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical warehousing standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with inventory software and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
