- Working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge of telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software, and network knowledge.
- You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as with customers and suppliers to Ericsson.
- The role more than often requires you to take on big responsibility and it is important that you can work independently.
- Handle customer issues as dedicated support, 24x7 based on roster
- Lead and resolve technical issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis
- Knowledge Management
- Handle Software Update Management (SUM), Load IPA/EPA/EP packages on Ericsson Core nodes
- Drive CSR review meetings with SDM
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Min years of experience: 5+ Years of experience
- Domain experience: CS Core domain resource with hands-on experience of CS Core domains: CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF, MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP, UDM domain CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, EIR-FE, Mobile Call flows and Protocols understanding.
- MAP, SCCP, SIP, Diameter and LDAP protocols handling
- Troubleshooting of IMS/VoLTE call flows, SRVCC and CS Fallback procedure.
- MOP preparation with impact analysis and execution.
- Understanding of Cloud/Virtualization concepts and VNF/CNF Management
- Team Collaboration.
- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
- Presentation & communication skills.
