Our client is driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.Role OverviewAs an Intermediate Devops Engineer with our client, you will contribute to building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline and internal tooling that support our products and engineering teams. You will work closely with engineers to ensure smooth deployments, stable environments and reliable operations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in DevOps practices who is eager to deepen their expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, automation within a fast paced collaborative environment.Team and Reporting StructureThe selected engineer will join a team of devops engineers and report directly to the lead devops engineer. You will work closely with other members of the department including members of the larger infrastructure and security teams and quite heavily with other product engineering teams.Job Type: Full Time/PermanentLocation: NigeriaWorkplace: HybridRequirements

2-5 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role. Experience with a variety of AWS services
Ability to write and maintain IAC and tools like Terraform
Real world experience with Kubernetes.
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, VPNs, etc.
Experience building tooling to reduce occurrences of errors and improve engineering productivity
Experience with CI/CD tooling like ArgoCD, Github Actions, etc.
Experience working with and monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Ability to communicate clearly and document work.

Beneficial

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field might be beneficial but not required
Experience in the fintech industry or with payment processing systems
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS)
