We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will act as a key point of contact, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and accurate support through phone, email, or chat channels.
Assist with inquiries and appointment scheduling.
Resolve complex customer issues while ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality protocols.
Document and track customer interactions in the system, ensuring accurate records for follow-up and reporting purposes.
Identify potential issues and escalate them appropriately to ensure swift resolution.
Offer guidance to customers.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements, training, and tools to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure the highest level of customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Experience with BPO customer support is preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information while adhering to compliance rules and regulations.
Proficiency in using customer service software and office productivity tools.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
