Coordinate with logistics, procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and distribution of goods.
Monitor supply chain performance metrics and develop strategies to optimize cost, quality, and service levels.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management decision-making.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support business requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support business expansion projects by providing data-driven insights and supply chain planning.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business functions to align processes with organizational goals.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: B.Tech in Engineering with MBA (preferred in Supply Chain / Operations / Business Analytics).
Experience: 8–10 years of proven experience in Business Analysis and Supply Chain Management, ideally within FMCG or Construction (Building Paint industry).
Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
Proficiency in ERP systems, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
