Sales Agent

• You’re confident and comfortable selling financial products to everyday people
• You’re experienced in loan sales or deposit mobilization, with at least 6 months in a similar role
• You’re a go-getter who loves fieldwork and isn’t afraid to knock on doors or close leads
• You’re based in Port Harcourt and know your way around the communities
• You’re under 30 and ready to build a career in financial services
• You’re teachable, quick to adapt, and ready to prove yourself

• You will sell microloan products and mobilize customer deposits.
• You will source new clients through fieldwork, digital platforms, and customer referrals
• You will assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers using the 5Cs of credit
• You will build and maintain strong client relationships with follow-ups and support
• You will educate prospects and clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and savings benefits
• You will hit your sales and collection targets consistently
• You will complete all required documentation and loan application processes accurately
• You will report field insights and challenges to your supervisor to improve sales strategy

• A minimum of an NCE or OND qualification
• At least 6 months of direct sales experience in a financial institution
• Residency in Port Harcourt (this role is strictly for PH-based candidates)
• A strong understanding of field sales, credit, and customer service
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of microfinance principles is a plus

• 70,000 monthly salary + performance based commission.
