Executive Assistant Job at Emerald School

• Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and document next steps. Create project plans and ensure next steps are clearly communicated and completed upon starting.
• Project management: Manages to-do list for ED and helps offload tasks not required by ED.
• Support in the creation of presentations for upcoming events including by conducting research, providing talking points.
• Create a file management system to organize all official documents, prepare reports,
• and maintain accurate records for the Chairman's office.
• Take over the scheduling of all meetings and appointments
• Take over the management of calendar and email – including inbox processing, drafting emails, tracking follow-ups, scheduling meetings, optimizing my calendar for best workflows, etc.
• Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
