We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team with a strong background in the Payment Terminal Service Provider (PTSP) industry.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, industry expertise, and a track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability (Strategic Leadership)
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance (Operations Management)
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (Team Management)
Leverage PTSP knowledge to identify opportunities and mitigate risks (Industry Expertise)
Foster relationships with partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies (Stakeholder Management)
Monitor financial performance and ensure sustainable growth (Financial Management)
Identify and mitigate operational risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (Risk Management)

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in the PTSP industry, preferably in a leadership role
Proven track record of business growth and strategic leadership
Strong understanding of payment terminal services, industry trends, and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong financial management and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with payment processing, acquiring, and switching
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS)
Familiarity with technology trends in payment terminals.
