- The successful candidate will be responsible for cost planning, contract management, procurement processes, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects at various stages of design.
- Performing cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reviewing and assessing tenders and contracts.
- Monitoring project progress and measuring variations.
- Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Preparing and issuing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Conducting risk, value management, and cost control processes.
- Providing advice on contractual claims and procurement strategies.

- Proper utilisation of human resources as well as materials.
- HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
- Having a proven work experience of over 4 - 7 years in real estate and road construction.

- Transport goods, equipment, or materials within and outside the site.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on tractors before and after use (oil, fuel, hydraulics, tire pressure).
- Comply with environmental and safety regulations in the operation and handling of machinery.
