Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and implement project plans, ensuring goals and objectives are met.
Effectively allocate resources, manage budgets, and track project timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for project success.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in project management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
Project management experience is compulsory.
Experience in Road & Drainage construction is compulsory.

Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary
