Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Medical Officer to join our clinical team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering quality patient care. This role involves managing a broad range of patient cases and working closely with supervising consultants to ensure effective treatment outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Respond to patients medical concerns by evaluating their history and symptoms.Participate in treatment and preventive healthcare services under the supervision of the Medical Director.Conduct physical examinations, interpret results, diagnose illnesses, and explain medical problems clearly to patients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).Refer patients to specialists/consultants when advanced care is required.Ensure confidentiality and impartiality in patient care.Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment procedures and medications.Collaborate with other medical professionals and clinical teams as needed.Support nursing staff and junior clinical personnel with medical guidance and oversight.Requirements:MBBS Degree from a recognized and accredited institution.1-3 years of post-NYSC clinical experience.Current and valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).Strong knowledge of general medical practice and patient care.Proficient in the use of computers and EMR systems.Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Benefits:Health InsurancePension PlanGroup Life AssuranceCareer Growth OpportunitiesHow to Apply:Qualified candidates should send their updated CV to: hiring@mysigma.io, using Medical Officer Lagos as the subject of the email.
