- Manage day-to-day operations of HR systems, including configuration, security, user access, workflows, and troubleshooting.
- Act as the primary system administrator for HRIS platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and minimal downtime.
- Serve as DingTalk administrator, managing user profiles, permissions, workflows, approvals, and integrations with HR processes (attendance, leave, payroll, etc.).
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes through system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new features, modules, and system enhancements.
- Ensure HRIS supports scalable processes aligned with PalmPay’s global expansion.
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems through regular audits, validations, and updates.
- Generate accurate and timely HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR leadership and executive management.
- Support compliance and decision-making with reliable workforce metrics.
- Provide HR system support to employees and managers, resolving queries and issues promptly.
- Conduct user training sessions and create guides/manuals to improve system adoption and efficiency.
- Act as the liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades.
- Ensure HR systems comply with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, NDPR).
- Manage system security, role-based access, and audit trails.
- Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all HR system activities meet regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology, or HR operations.
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes and systems (payroll, performance management, recruitment, time/attendance, etc.).
- Prior experience with DingTalk administration is a significant advantage.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or other high-growth multinational companies preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Dingtalk or similar applications).
- Great knowledge of Google Suite, including Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and other online dashboard tools.
- Strong skills in Excel, data analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to configure, test, and optimize workflows and HR process automations.
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements, especially data security and privacy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, multinational environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
