Experience Required: 1-2 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a smart, resourceful, and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources operations at our healthcare facility in Enugu. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and a solid grasp of data management and HR fundamentals.The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR team to provide administrative support, manage staff records, assist in recruitment coordination, and contribute to the smooth operation of all HR functions.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases (mostly in Excel and HRIS)Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and documentationAssist in onboarding and induction processes for new hiresTrack employee attendance, leave, and compliance with HR policiesPrepare basic reports and summaries from HR data for management useHandle document filing (digital and physical) and support with HR correspondencesAssist in organizing training sessions, staff engagement initiatives, and performance trackingProvide general administrative support to the HR departmentRequirements & QualificationsB.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (including NYSC)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data filtering)Must be computer literate with ability to manage and organize digital recordsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitaskingAbility to work independently and handle confidential information professionallyMust reside in Enugu or be willing to relocateWhat We OfferMonthly stipend of 100,000Hands-on HR experience in a well-structured healthcare environmentOpportunity for full-time employment based on performanceProfessional mentorship and exposure to real-world HR practicesA supportive and inclusive work cultureHow to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and a brief cover email (stating their interest and availability) to: hiring@mysigma
