We are looking for an experienced Accountant to:

Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate record-keeping, cost control, and adherence to accounting standards.
Be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and collaborating with project managers to optimize financial performance.
Managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing payroll, and assisting with financial audits.

Requirements and skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Masters and ICAN or a related Professional Certificate is highly desirable
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Construction Company
Strong understanding of construction accounting principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
