  • The role involves managing all the HR practices followed within the factory of our organization. Need to check with the Compliance of Labour laws with the industry standards. Also need to facilitate with the employee and the organization to ensure smooth functioning of the organization and Labour Relations.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Performance management of all the Factory Employees
  • Conduct Job analysis for each job to know the worth and reward him accordingly
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
  • Safety concerns and ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.
  • Negotiations with the job union to arrive at a consensus and frame a draft agreement
  • Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor HR staff, including providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3-7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A master's degree in HR is a plus.
  • Age- 30-60 Years
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
