  • We are seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Lawyer with a strong background in property law to join our dynamic real estate firm.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, land documentation, property acquisitions, leases, legal due diligence, and dispute resolution.
Requirements
  • LL.B degree from a recognized institution and called to the Nigerian Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-call experience in real estate and property law.
  • Strong understanding of land documentation processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and legal drafting skills.
Other Requirements:
