Ensure the execution of matters comply with internal policies and procedures ;
Modify and implement the organization's legal compliance policies ;
Implement smarter working initiatives ;
Defense the company's trademarks and copyrights ;
Represent the company in negotiations with third parties ;
Set the priorities, policy and direction of the team ;
Review commercial terms and conditions ;
Undertake legal research ;
Provide legal advice to executive management ;
Advise on documentations.

Required profile for job ad : Legal Manager

Qualified lawyer ;
Minimum 3 years' experience in legal services and management ;
Management experience ;
Proficient in MS office ;
Strong communication skills.
