We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Kaduna.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving product awareness, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Kaduna region
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase product visibility and market share
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
Meet or exceed sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
Organize and attend marketing activities and promotional events

Requirements

Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (FMCG experience is an added advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kaduna.
