We are seeking passionate and innovative recent graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to join our dynamic team as Graduate Trainees.
This program offers hands-on experience and structured training aimed at grooming high-potential talents for long-term career success within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in rotational on-the-job training across key departments.
Support senior engineers in troubleshooting, maintenance, and project execution.
Assist in the design, development, and improvement of production processes.
Carry out equipment diagnostics and propose preventive maintenance solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

A minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
1–2 years of post-NYSC work experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be proximate to the Agbara location.

Salary
