- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to define user requirements and design solutions that align with business goals.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create visually stunning and consistent user interfaces that adhere to LigaData's brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a design system to ensure a cohesive and recognizable visual identity across products.
- Produce wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
- Design responsive interfaces that provide a seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Ensure designs are inclusive and adhere to accessibility standards, providing a positive experience for users with diverse needs.
- Stay Updated:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance LigaData's design processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field with minimum 5+ years of experience.
- Proven experience as a UX and Visual Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Experience with prototyping tools for creating interactive mockups.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design and familiarity with front-end development concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills to present, explain design decisions, processes, ideas, and solutions to internal teams, clients and various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI (DALL·E, Chat GPT ) Big Data, Cloud, Knowledge of HTML, CSS or Telecom domains is a plus.
