- We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to keep our leadership team focused, organized, and moving forward.
- This isn’t your average assistant role; you will be managing projects, streamlining communication, juggling calendars, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- We need someone who thrives on structure, loves working with project management tools like Notion and Trello, and isn’t afraid to suggest better ways of doing things.
- You'll work closely with our leadership team Monday through Friday, helping us stay accountable to our goals, deadlines, and commitments, while occasionally pitching in on our social media and marketing efforts.

- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure follow-ups don’t slip through the cracks
- Own and maintain project management systems like Notion, Trello, or Asana, making sure timelines and deliverables are met
- Research tools, systems, and solutions to improve workflows and overall team efficiency
- Provide basic support for social media scheduling and content coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move initiatives forward and track progress
- Draft and manage internal communications, including weekly updates and project briefs
- Support light marketing tasks such as proofreading, formatting creative assets, and uploading content
- Organize digital files, notes, and assets using platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or Notion
- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, project coordinator, or operations support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Highly organized with a natural ability to manage multiple deadlines and moving parts
- Tech-savvy—comfortable picking up new tools and platforms quickly
- Able to work independently, anticipate needs, and offer solutions without being asked
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools like Canva, Buffer, or Mailchimp (preferred)
- Marketing, communications, or content creation experience (preferred)
N300,000 Monthly.
