You’ll be working with all teams by gathering feedback and using the data collected to make product recommendations.Responsibilities
  • Conduct end-to-end user research projects using qualitative approaches ( in-depth interviews, usability testing, focus groups) and quantitative approaches (surveys)
  • Describe user needs and business opportunities to a variety of stakeholders by leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Conduct targeted customer connects to investigate specific product issues and bugs
  • Coordinate the gathering of feedback from Loan Review, Customer Service, Servicing, and Finance teams for the creation of the Product Roadmap
  • Coordinate release announcements, including training of Loan Review, Customer Service, and Servicing teams on new functionality
  • Coordinate local routine feature/ app testing.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Ability to create and execute SQL queries
  • Analytical with excellent attention to detail
  • Multi-tasker, organized and methodical
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • You are highly entrepreneurial. You take the initiative to solve problems before they arise. You’ve started and/or contributed to projects you’re passionate about.
