Job Description:Our Client; a health tech company that powers hospitals and care centers to deliver quality healthcare to patients in emerging markets. They are currently looking to hire an experienced strategic finance manager in Lagos, Nigeria.Function Of the RoleAs the Strategic Finance manager, you will play a critical role in raising capital and strategically managing the company's capital to ensure adequate cash flow.Key Responsibilities● Develop and implement strategies for raising capital to support growth's growth objectives.● Conduct financial analysis to assess the financial health of the organization and identify areas for improvement.● Manage the strategic allocation of capital to ensure optimal cash flow for operational needs.● Collaborate with internal teams to align financial strategies with overall business goals.● Establish and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.● Provide prompt and comprehensive responses to all investor/shareholders queries.Requirements● Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.● Proven experience in raising capital and strategic financial management.● In-depth understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and capital budgeting.Experience● Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance-related role.● Previous experience in a leadership position is highly desirable.Skills And Abilities● Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.● Strategic thinking with the ability to align financial strategies with business objectives.● Demonstrated success in raising capital and managing financial resources strategically.Personal Attributes● Proactive and results-oriented mindset.● Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.● Strong commitment to the mission and values of the company.● Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Work Environment● Fast-paced and dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation, teamwork, and financial sustainability.Reporting Relationships● Will report directly to the GCEO and Head of Finance
