Oversee daily activities.
Coordinate floor staffs and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.
Supervise staffs and task completion across departments.
Handle cusomer and staff complaints before they escalate
Relate well with both staff and upper management - maintain goood communication, feedback and follow-through.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 years of experience.
