What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Build a strong talent pipeline
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
3–5 years of recruitment or HR experience
Excellent communication & people skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with ATS/HR software is a plus.
