Project Planning and Strategy Responsibility: You will develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with strategic goals.
Project Execution Responsibility: You will lead project teams in executing energy projects, ensuring alignment with approved plans. You will also monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration Responsibility: You will cultivate strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, partners, and stakeholders. You will also engage with prospective clients to understand and document their requirements.
Budget and Resource Management Responsibility: You will manage project budgets, track expenditures, and maintain cost controls. You will also allocate resources efficiently to maximize project efficiency and productivity. You will also identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance Responsibility: You will develop and enforce robust HSE protocols to ensure the safety of project teams and stakeholders.

What your CV should highlight ...-Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing projects, preferably infrastructure/energy projects at a senior level.- Core Competencies: including project Planning, Project Execution, Risk Management, Energy Projects Value Chain, business Acumen, Budget and Cost Control, Resource Management, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Design Thinking, Stakeholder Management, Quality Management, Communication Skills, Project Documentation and Reporting, Technical Expertise, Change Management, Procurement and Vendor Management, Project Management Tools and Applications, Analytical Skills- Education/Qualification Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.- PMP certification which would be an advantage.Challenges you will overcome...This would involve balancing limited resources such as time, budget, and manpower across multiple projects, ensuring that project scope remains clear, well-defined, and achievable throughout the project lifecycle and managing diverse stakeholders with varying interests, expectations, and levels of involvement.Your importance as a Manager...You would be involved in providing strategic direction, guidance, and oversight to project teams to ensure successful project execution.
