- Conduct research and analyse data to provide actionable insights in developing reports covering various sectors in Nigeria.
- Analyse surveys, emerging trends and business environments.
- Provide robust market and industry research services to various clients’ needs.
- Track and analyse key macroeconomic trends in the Nigerian business environment, distilling insights and implications.
- Writing research summaries and compiling data into comprehensive reports.
- Produce Thought Leadership on various topical issues in the business environment.
- Employ problem-solving skills and data interpretation to understand and predict a given subject matter outlook.
- Supports quantitative and qualitative research as dictated by Research objectives.
- Remain fully informed on market trends and implement best practices.
- Proactively identify ways to contribute to the firm’s goals & mission.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience as a Research and Intelligence Associate, preferably in consulting.
- Ability to analyse and interpret industry trends
- Good analytical and research skills with proficiency in(Excel, Power BI, R, Python) and other statistical and market trend tools.
- Applying critical thinking to analyze issues.
- Possess strong communication skills
