As an innovative, creative and forward-looking business, They are keen to build a workforce that will deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.Job descriptionAs a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Internet Connectivity for their clients through their systems. You will lead a team of energetic and passionate engineers that will ensure the provision of a stable, reliable and fast internet connection to their customers. You are expected to be proficient at the following tasks:

Monitoring the Network Operating Centre Activities and spotting issues and resolving them proactively and quickly.

Continuously tuning our network to ensure reliability, efficiency and high performance.

Overseeing the maintenance of network installations and network devices.

Undertake revisions of the network infrastructure and propose improvements for optimal performance providing competitive advantages for our network.

Provisioning first point of contact for our customers with technical issues either by phone or by email through our ticketing system.

Providing effective remote support service for our customers.

Configuring and setting up equipment to be deployed in the field.

Ordering and configuring a range of network and telecommunications services.

Mentoring Trainee Engineers and helping them become proficient.
