We are looking for a strategic and self-driven Growth & Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition, activation, and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads) to drive app downloads
Develop and optimise referral programs and promo campaigns
Collaborate with product/dev team to improve onboarding and retention
Manage social media and content engagement
Conduct offline marketing: school activations, partnerships, campus tours
Analyze user data, cost-per-acquisition, and conversion rates
Suggest strategies for expanding into new cities

Requirements

Experience in growth marketing, digital ads, and user acquisition
Strong understanding of Nigerian mobile app user behaviour
Familiar with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, App Store consoles
Able to work independently and make decisions
Experience in tech startups, ride-hailing, logistics, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
