- Monitor and measure liquidity and funding requirements and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and measure interest rate risk and advise strategies to manage it.
- Monitor Balance Sheet triggers and regulatory ratios.
- Diversify funding sources.
- Participate and lead wholesale funding deals.
- Initiate funds transfer and Bank placements.
- Manage banking relationships and Bureau de change dealings.
- Assist in the preparation of ALCO reports.
- Conduct a periodic rate survey and market intelligence to aid cost of funds management.
- University degree or equivalent in any field
- A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in a Treasury or Finance role in commercial banks
- ACA (ICAN), CIMA or ACCA qualification / Student membership
- Possess strong data analysis, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Have sound knowledge & understanding of the Nigerian economy and financial markets.
- Possess strong analytical skills and interpretation capabilities.
- Demonstrate solid ability to mine data to produce actionable insights.
