Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or its equivalent.
Professional Certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 24 years relevant work experience.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
