  • We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring excellent kitchen hygiene and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare a variety of meals (local and/or continental dishes as required)
  • Ensure all meals are cooked on time, with high-quality presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients and supplies
  • Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Innovate and introduce new dishes periodically
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Ability to cook a wide range of meals (local and/or continental)
  • Culinary certification or formal training is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
As a Porter:
  • Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
  • Escort guests to rooms and explain basic room features.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests such as carrying bags or delivering items.
  • Support the front desk and housekeeping with errands and supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of hotel entrance, lobby, and external areas.
As a Housekeeper:
  • Clean guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to hotel standards.
  • Change linens, make beds, dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms.
  • Replenish room supplies (toiletries, towels, etc.).
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.

Requirements
