Job Description:Our client is a mobility technology company and are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic/Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and/or machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. You will work both independently and as part of a team to provide timely and efficient service.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles, machines, or equipmentPerform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and system checksRepair or replace malfunctioning components including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systemsConduct inspections to identify worn-out or damaged partsInterpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specificationsMaintain accurate service and repair recordsOperate diagnostic tools and specialized equipmentEnsure compliance with safety procedures and company policiesProvide feedback to supervisors regarding recurring faults or potential upgradesAssist with inventory of parts and request necessary supplies when neededRequirements:Education: OND / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience as a Mechanic/TechnicianStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsAbility to read technical diagrams and follow diagnostic proceduresProficiency in using mechanical and electronic diagnostic toolsGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and strong safety awareness
