· BSc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably within agriculture, FMCG, or field-based operations.· Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and employee data management.
· Familiarity with Nigerian labor law and statutory deductions.
· Proficient in Excel and HR/payroll software (e.g. HRMS, Sage, Zoho People).Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with field and head office teams.
