Key Responsibilities

Handle customer payments accurately using POS systems
Issue receipts and balance the cash register at the end of each shift
Provide excellent customer service with a warm and professional attitude
Assist in managing orders and communicating with the kitchen team
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter area.

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
1–2 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality or food service preferred)
Basic math and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Friendly and approachable personality
