The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in HSE management, particularly in the industrial catering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the HSE management system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing controls to mitigate risks.
Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, ensuring they are equipped to work safely and efficiently.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Monitor and report on HSE performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Conduct regular site inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Health, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science).
Proven experience in an HSE role, preferably in the industrial catering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH).
Experience with HSE management systems and software.
Familiarity with industrial catering operations and food safety regulations.
