• The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute the company’s online marketing strategies to generate leads, promote property listings, and enhance brand awareness.
• This role requires hands-on skills in content creation, digital advertising, and design of promotional materials for both web and print.

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, Google, and other platforms.
• Design high-quality flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and other promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and sales funnels.
• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to develop property-focused content.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and report insights.
• Update website and landing pages with optimised content and visuals.
• Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and competitor strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or product-based marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic SEO.
• Excellent communication skills and creative thinking abilities.
• Video editing and motion design skills are a plus
• Knowledge of the use of Social media management tools like metricool is a plus
