Warehouse Checker

• Handling Goods Storage: Timely communicate with the warehouse manager in China to confirm the list of incoming goods and their quantities, and be responsible for handling the goods storage procedures. Register and take photos of incoming goods for archiving, ensure the quantity of incoming goods is accurate and the goods are in good condition, and be responsible for the quantity and integrity of incoming goods.
• Handling Goods Dispatch: Timely communicate with the warehouse manager in China to confirm the information of outgoing goods and the identity of the consignee, and handle the goods dispatch procedures. Strictly control to ensure that the type, quantity of exported goods and the consignee's information are accurate.
• Inventory Checking: Conduct a comprehensive inventory check of warehouse goods every week, carefully check whether the inventory quantity is consistent with the records, timely discover and handle problems such as inventory surplus and shortage, and then submit the inventory check report.
• Report Submission: Collate the data of incoming and outgoing goods every day, compile the incoming and outgoing goods report and submit it to the warehouse manager in China, ensuring that the report data is true, accurate and complete.
• Security Work: Be responsible for the daily security work of the warehouse, strictly implement the warehouse safety management system, do a good job in fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention, etc., and ensure the safety of warehouse goods.

• Have certain warehouse management experience, be familiar with the procedures of goods incoming and outgoing and inventory checking methods.
• Be serious and responsible in work, careful and rigorous, with strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
• Have good communication and coordination ability, able to communicate smoothly with the warehouse manager in China and relevant personnel.
• Be proficient in using office software, such as Excel, and able to record and count data accurately.
• Understand warehouse safety management knowledge and have a certain sense of safety precautions.

• Gender: Male (Field travel requirement)
• Education: Graduate preferred (but not compulsory if field experience is strong), Fluent in English (written & spoken).
