Human Resource Manager Job at Kelina Hospital

• Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
• Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related issues.
• Maintain HR records and prepare regular HR reports.
• Promote a positive work culture and handle conflict resolution.
• Do other HR and Management jobs delegated by Hospital Management Committee and the Medical Director.

• Be resident in Abuja or Lagos.
• Have post-NYSC job experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a healthcare or large corporate environment.
• Be a University Graduate with relevant certification.
• Possess strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Be certified by relevant professional bodies such as CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent.
• Be highly computer-literate.
• Candidates that are lawyers will have added advantage.
