Accountant

• You’re a certified accountant (ICAN or ACCA) with at least 4–6 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
• You’re meticulous with details and thrive in environments where accuracy isn’t optional
• You’re comfortable with accounting systems, especially SAGE 300, and love working smarter through technology
• You’re an efficient communicator who can coordinate with vendors, clients, and colleagues without getting flustered
• You’re calm under pressure and can hit deadlines without compromising on quality
• You’re reliable, analytical, and always asking: “Does this balance out?”
• You bring integrity to everything you do, and you don’t cut corners

• You will record and process financial transactions, invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses with zero room for error
• You will maintain up-to-date financial records and ledgers that are always audit-ready
• You will prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• You will assist with budget preparations, financial forecasts, and variance analysis
• You will manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely payments and collections
• You will perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
• You will liaise with vendors and clients to resolve payment queries and clarify invoices
• You will support internal and external audits by preparing reports and documentation
• You will ensure compliance with all statutory financial reporting requirements
• You will help strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ICAN or ACCA certification (compulsory)
• 4–6 years of proven experience in a core accounting or finance role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP accounting standards
• Excellent proficiency in SAGE 300 and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail, data accuracy, and financial integrity
• Great communication and organizational skills
• A track record of meeting reporting deadlines consistently
