The CIG Group Management Trainee Program is a dynamic, intensive development initiative aimed at grooming the next generation of leaders across our diverse business portfolio:

CIG Motors – Automobile
Lagride – E-Hailing Services
Lontor Hi-Tech – Home Appliances
Gree – Air Conditioning Solutions
As a Management Trainee, you will be strategically placed within one of our business units, working in key departments alongside experienced professionals. You will:

Gain hands-on experience in real business operations.
Contribute meaningfully to high-impact projects.
Develop critical leadership, problem-solving, and business management skills.
Build a strong foundation for a long-term career within the CIG Group.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable Nigerian or Foreign University.
Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or work experience in a corporate environment is a plus
Minimum 2:1 (2nd Class Upper) Grade.
Not more than 26 years old.
Completion of the NYSC Program.
