approach document.Ensure necessary policies and procedures are followed before mobilizing subcontractors to the site.Overall project planning, distributing resources, time management, and risk management.Managing relationships with key stakeholders.Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.Requirements● A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in Civil Engineering or in the construction field.● Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or postgraduate degree.● Minimum of 12 years experience in project management.● Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.● Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.● Experience as a construction project manager and knowledge of project management tools.● Able to complete projects promptly.● Experience overseeing a construction project.● Budget management experience.
