Graphics Designer

• Develop innovative and engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media content, website assets, email newsletters, and other promotional materials.

• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design elements, maintaining brand integrity and identity.

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, concepts, and visual solutions that align with client objectives and brand messaging.

• Use graphic design to convey complex ideas, messages, and narratives in a clear, compelling, and visually appealing manner.

• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, infographics, and other multimedia assets to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of marketing

• campaigns.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant tools to create, edit, and manipulate graphics.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously innovate and elevate the quality of design work.

• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and feedback, ensuring that design solutions meet or exceed expectations.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

• Conduct thorough quality checks and reviews of design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specifications.

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including digital and print materials, branding collateral, social media graphics, and web design.

• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, with advanced skills in Adobe

• Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant applications.

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts, ideas, and rationale effectively.

• Creative flair, imagination, and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for visual storytelling and brand expression.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field
