Job type: Full-time (On-site)Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years progressive HR/People Operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience supporting multi-location teams and handling both core and contract staff.
Background in oil & gas, logistics, or supply chain sectors is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

N300,000 - N350,000 / Month.
