Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilities

Manage the day-to-day HR activities in the factory
Manage the sourcing process of factory workers and onboarding
Create and manage salary files using Microsoft excel
Performance management of all the Factory Employees
Handle HR documentation and reporting
Foster a positive workplace culture and lead workers engagement initiatives
Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively
Perform other HR duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
3 years of factory HR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Candidate must reside within Berger, Mowe-Ibafo and its environs.

Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 monthly (Net).Method of Application
