Job Title: Pediatric Live-In Nurse

Employment Type: Fixed-Term (1 Year, with review and possible extension)Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Live-In Nurse to provide comprehensive medical and personal care for a newborn.
The Nurse will be responsible for ensuring the infant's health, safety, and overall development while residing full-time with the family.
This role requires proven expertise in newborn and pediatric care, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively in a private household environment.Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialised and professional nursing care for the newborn in accordance with medical standards.
Monitor and record vital signs, feeding schedules, sleeping patterns, and developmental milestones.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the pediatrician.
Ensure a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment at all times.
Provide guidance and education to parents on newborn care, health management, and developmental needs.
Maintain accurate and confidential health records of the newborn.
Respond promptly to any health-related concerns, emergencies, or changes in the infant's condition.
Collaborate effectively with parents and other household staff to support smooth daily routines.Qualifications and Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or equivalent qualification with valid practicing license.
Minimum of 5 -10 years hands-on experience in pediatric or neonatal care (NICU experience advantageous).
Current Infant and Pediatric CPR & First Aid certification.
Demonstrated ability to manage newborn health, nutrition, and early development.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and respect for household privacy.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to the needs of a live-in role.Age: 27 – 35 years Old.Benefits
Salary: N250,000 Monthly.
